DEADLINES
NEW advertising submission deadline is the 1st of the month prior to publication.
Changes to existing ads must be submitted by the 1st of the month prior to publication.
Camera ready digital files will be accepted as late as the 8th of the month prior
to publication. Space reservation must be contracted by the 1st of the month
prior to publication in order to guarantee insertion.
FloridaWise reserves the final approval rights on design
and photography used in ads. Production costs on ads
that do not arrive per the spec sheet will be billed
to the client. Advertiser assumes responsibility for
the contents of their ad and holds FloridaWise harmless
for false or misleading ads. By submitting an insertion,
agency and advertiser agree to all terms in the media
kit and Publisher agrees to nothing else, including positioning.
ADVERTISING DIGITAL SPECIFICATIONS
FloridaWise will accept files (Tiff, Jpeg, PDF, EPS)
contained on the following disks and media.

PROGRAMS SUPPORTED
(Please note PC or MACINTOSH format -- MAC preferred)
QuarkXPress 6.0, Adobe Acrobat 7.0, Photoshop CS, Illustrator
CS, If sending flattened files (i.e. eps file and high-res
pdf files) embed fonts. See required resolutions below.
NOTE: Microsoft Word & Microsoft Publisher files are not
accepted as advertisements. If you submit your advertisement using Microsoft
Word, you must also include the images because the ad must be recreated in
a printable format. You must include all art and fonts used in your document;
we reserve the right to substitute fonts if not provided. All ads submitted
in unusable formats will be billed art charges at $50 per hour, minimum of
one hour.

B&W Halftones 133 line screen, 300 dpi digital files.
Four Color Process: 133 line screen, 300 dpi digital
files.
SENDING FILES VIA E-MAIL
FloridaWise advertisements can be e-mailed to anthony@floridawisemagazine.com
or large files can be uploaded to our ftp site (contact
us for more information 561-649-0335). If sending files
via e-mail, you must fax a proof to (561) 423-2218 to
insure proper reproduction. This fax should include:
file name, company, ad size, any color information, and
any special instructions necessary for outputting the
file. Ads that run consecutive months should be marked
with starting and ending month.
EDITORIAL/ARTICLE SUBMISSION SPECIFICATIONS
In order for your submission to be considered, please
email your file to info@floridawisemagazine.com in one
of the following formats (Please note PC or MACINTOSH
format) Microsoft Office Documents (Word, Works), Simple
Text Files (body of email). We will not accept faxed
or hand written documents, your document must be given
to us in digital format.
PHOTOGRAPHS
In order to print your photograph in FloridaWise, we
need an image with 300 dpi resolution at desired print
size. When naming the digital photos, please name them
with the event name, for example: sidebar_01.jpg. Cutlines
should be numbered to correspond with same number photograph.
This will help us keep track of the images and know which
story they go with, and most importantly, it will correctly
identify the subjects.
